The HealthyRhode mobile app offers a convenient and user-friendly solution for individuals approved for or enrolled in programs through the Rhode Island Department of Human Services and/or HealthSource RI. It provides a range of features to help manage your account and access important information.

• Create an Account: Easily set up an account that can be accessed both on the mobile app and the HealthyRhode website.
• Login with Biometrics: Quickly access your account information by logging in with biometric authentication on your device.
• Secure Username Retrieval and Password Reset: If you forget your username or password, you can securely retrieve your username or reset your password directly from the mobile app.
• Check Your Benefits: Gain insight into the details of the Human Services and Health Coverage programs you are approved for or enrolled in. You can also review the status of applications for benefits that are currently in progress.
• Check EBT Card Balance: Get real-time access to your current EBT Benefits card balance.
• Dashboard: Stay informed with upcoming appointments, alerts, and active benefits by accessing your personalized dashboard.
• Submit Documents: Easily view the documents required for program eligibility or benefit determination, and conveniently upload them using your phone's camera, photo gallery, or a PDF file.
• Review Documents: Access previously uploaded documents within the past year for reference.
• View Account Statements: Keep track of account statements and late notices related to your QHP program.
• Make One-Time Payment: Simplify the payment process for your commercial health insurance program (QHP) by making a one-time payment. You can also view your payment history and details in real time.
• Update Contact Information: Use the My Profile feature to easily view and update your phone numbers, email address, and mailing address. You can also personalize notifications through email and push notifications.
